2 cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
2-3 cloves garlic
1/4 C olive oil (approximately)
1/2 t cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients in food processor on low. Add more olive oil (if needed) to achieve desired texture.

I will definitely be trying this out- I , as well, have never found a hummus I like although all of the "chefs" on Food Network rave about it. I have never found the appeal. Maybe this recipe will change my mind. It is really a healthy snack so I want to love it.
