1 loaf of pumpernickel bread
2 cups Ricotta Cheese
3 Tbls. Honey
4- 5 sprigs of Rosemary
Lots of black pepper
Mix ricotta, honey , rosemary and pepper. Toast bread- put dollops of spread on toast and eat.
Yummy!

I made this with dinner tonight and we didn't like it. It would be good with cream cheese instead of the ricotta. The ricotta is a little bland for our taste.Rachael Ray said her Mom always made this for catered events and everyone looooved it. I don't know why - it was just boring.My taste buds were screaming in agony.
